As an insolvency practitioners I deal with all kinds of corporate and personal insolvency, including Company Voluntary Arrangement (CVAs), Members Voluntary Liquidation, Creditors Voluntary Liquidation, Compulsory Liquidation, Administration, Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVAs), and Bankruptcy.
I also provide business turnaround, rescue & recovery services, negotiating with creditors, helping to resolve cash flow crises and business restart advice.
I love advising on creditor rights and am always happy to represent creditors at meetings of all kinds in insolvency proceedings.

I am a former president of R3 the trade body which represents Insolvency Practitioners across the country. I am also active in INSOL as a member of the small firms committee and a member of the INSOL Taskforce.
I have spoken at conferences across the country and in Europe for R3, and INSOL Europe on insolvency issues.
Work is usually referred to me from accountants, solicitors and bankers, however in more recent times I am finding that those in business are coming directly to me to provide practical solutions to financial difficulties.
